Our vision at CEM is for our children to be everything they dream of and more. We envision our children being top leaders and influencers of the world. We are teaching our children to be independent and strong. We envision our families will have the resources they need to succeed. We strive for excellence and success. In knowing nothing is easy, we want to teach our children and their families that the sky is the limit.
We pride ourselves on providing quality care to our. Children because we’ve been trusted by their families to do so. We support our children and their families with different backgrounds , experiences and races so that we can all support each others lifestyles and cultures. We envision a village of love, support and hope for our families.
We believe the environment plays a major role in the success of an early childhood program. It should enhance the children’s interests in all developmental domains. I believe learning in the early childhood environment is done most successfully through spaces that can be visited, explored, and revisited again and again. The environment should take into consideration the social skills, communication skills, physical abilities or challenges, and the different learning styles of each child being served.
